A deal has been reached between Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund over the transfer of Jude Bellingham, with Los Blancos anticipating paying a sum in excess of €100 million.
According to David Ornstein of The Athletic, Real Madrid is now eager to complete the medicals as soon as possible because the fee would be among the greatest transfer fees either received or paid out by both teams.
Numerous Premier League teams, notably Liverpool and Manchester City, were rumored to be interested in signing the Dortmund midfielder. Although the 19-year-old was a fan of Jurgen Klopp’s team, the Reds decided the deal was too expensive and walked away.
Bellingham will arrive at the Bernabeu as part of Real’s rebuild which has seen the likes of Karim Benzema, Mariano Diaz, and Eden Hazard all depart with more expected to follow.
