Cristiano Ronaldo in shock move to Chelsea

Manchester United forward, Cristiano Ronaldo may be on the verge of a shocking transfer to Chelsea.

David Ornstein, a transfer specialist for the BBC, claims this.

Ronaldo, who made it obvious last week that he wants to leave Old Trafford, is reportedly a target for the Blues, according to Orstein.

Ronaldo, who has the most goals ever scored in the Champions League, is desperate to stay on the field.

While manager Thomas Tuchel is unsure, Chelsea owner Todd Boehly is “intrigued” by the notion of purchasing the 37-year-old.

Due to “family circumstances,” Cristiano Ronaldo won’t be reporting to preseason practice today.

After telling the Premier League team he wants to depart this summer, Ronaldo’s future with them is now in doubt.

After United’s failure to finish in the top four of the Premier League, the 37-year-old is fervently hoping to play Champions League football once more the following season.

Ronaldo wants to leave, but the club has openly stated that they are not interested in selling him and that he still has one year left on his Old Trafford deal.

Ronaldo’s excuse for skipping Monday’s training session, when the rest of the first-team players who participated in the international games in June will return to the club, is believed to have been accepted by United.
