Senegalese striker Demba Ba has blasted his country’s coach for leaving him out of their squad for the 2015 African Nations Cup tournament in Equatorial Guinea.
The Besiktas striker was overlooked by Senegal’s coach Alain Giresse in the final call-up for the tournament.
Despite his good form in Turkey netting 16 goals in 19 appearances, Ba was not considered by Giresse who named his final list on Friday.
The former Newcastle and West Ham player took to social media, Twitter, to voice his frustration over his exclusion.
“I can’t wait to hear his excuses and destroy them one by one #CAN2015 #senegal” Ba wrote on his official Twitter page.
