Crown FC turn to God as 2018/2019 NNL season kicks off on Wednesday

Ahead of the commencement of the 2018/2019 Nigeria National League (NNL) season Crown FC, h is set for a special dedicatory prayer session.

This was contained in a statement released by the media officer of the club, Tunji Alabi.

“Our plans and targets for promotion to the elite division can only be accomplished through fasting and prayers and no weapon fashioned against the team can prosper when God is in control; reasons why we decided to seek God’s favour and grace before the league commences.

“I beseech all the concerned to come together as a united entity to making this dream a reality and I pray and hope the Lord will not let us down”, Mr Rollanson Odeh said.

Crown FC started this year brilliantly well by defeating Future Assurance FC of Ibadan by three goals to nil in the ongoing 2019 Oyo State Aiteo Cup on Friday 5th April,2019 at the Lekan Salami Stadium in Ibadan.

The Ajilete Warriors will today lock horns with  Ogbomoso Stars FC in the quarter  final stage of the Aiteo Cup at the Soun Stadium in Ogbomoso by 4pm.

Crown FC having been drawn in the Group B4 alongside Warri Wolves FC, Lamray FC, Word Of Light FC and Ibom Youth FC in the 2018/2019 Nigeria National League which is slated to start on Wednesday 10th April, 2019 across the various centres in the country.
