22-year-old Super Eagles and Watford loanee Uche Agbo is bereaved after losing his mother to the cold hands of death in Enugu according to family member.
“We have lost our mum, said Uche Agbo’s, the elder brother.
“She didn’t deserve to die now because she suffered to raise us up but did not reap the fruits of her labour.
Standard Liege midfielder recalled she supported him and his three brothers in their football career.
He said, “All of us in the family are footballers. She believed in our talent and encouraged us with the little money she had to buy boots and any other football kits we needed.
“It’s still like a dream that my mum is no more because she was not sick.”
Agbo who signed a five-year contract with Premier League for side Watford in 2016 and went on season loan Granada and later Standard Liege.
