Bayern Munich and France winger Franck Ribery believes Eden Hazard is a much better option than Kevin De Bruyne, as a replacement for himself or Arjen Robben should they leave Bayern Munich.
De Bruyne has been linked with a move to Bayern Munich, after a very successful first season with Wolfsburg, and it is said that he is the Bavarian club’s front runner to succeed either of the two wingers.
Ribery feels that De Bruyne is very different compared to Robben and himself, and believes that with the way Bayern play, he won’t have the space that he is used too at Wolfsburg.
“De Bruyne’s super when he has the space on the counter attack, but at Bayern you usually only have three, four metres no huge spaces.
The Frenchman did, however, suggest that Eden Hazard would be a better replacement for him and Robben.
Robben and Ribery are now both 31-years-old and it’s no surprise that Bayern Munich is starting to look for long-term replacements for them.
