Ambassador Chris Giwa resumed as NFF president following Supreme Court Order that affirmed the Federal high court judgement which recognised him as the authentic boss.

Giwa, a football club owner, ordered the payments of match bonuses and allowances of all national teams which was scrapped by the Amaju Pinnick board.

Hope rises for the staff of the NFF who were owed backlogs of allowances during Amaju Pinnick’s four years in office, as the NFF President, Ambassador Chris Giwa promised to pay all the outstanding for team officials, NFF staff as well as players.

However, the staffer were happy Wednesday morning when the Department of Security Service (DSS) left the premises but was shortlived as the agents returned to the office on Thursday.

The agents acting on directives ordered workers to leave the office when it was 4 o’clock.

Meanwhile, their return stopped a planned press conference called by the Giwa led board.

It will be recalled that the DSS officials came into the glasshouse on alleged directive from the presidency.
