Manchester United top target, Alvaro Morata has broken off his honeymoon to try and speed up his move to Manchester United from Real Madrid.
According to Mirror, Morata has left his new wife, Alice Campello, at their honeymoon location in Ibiza because he is so frustrated that his transfer from Real Madrid is taking so long.
The Spain striker is anxious to be reunited with his former Real boss, Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford and has told the Champions League winners he wants to go.
Morata, 24, wants to be a United player before Mourinho recalls his players for the start of pre-season training on July 8.
However Real are in no hurry to sell Morata, even though they are prepared to cash in on him just one year after re-signing him from Juventus.
They are content to wait until after the UEFA Super Cup clash with United in Skopje on August 8 and feel they can secure a record fee for Morata.
Real have rejected United’s valuation of 74 million euros, which is worth £65.5 million.
They want up to £80 million for Morata, which would eclipse the record £59.7 million they received from United for Angel Di Maria in 2014.
Morata has set his heart on a move to United and has rejected a reunion with his former Juve boss Antonio Conte at Chelsea.
