Watford striker, Isaac Success has explained that his compatriot, Kelechi Iheanacho, is the best player he has played alongside in his young career.
The pair enjoyed a fine partnership in Nigeria’s youth teams, one which is likely to be revived in the Super Eagles.
Success also claims that Iheanacho is best deployed as a shadow striker rather than an outright number nine.
“I have played in Spain, I am playing here [England] now but I haven’t had the chance to play with a lot of teams here,” Success said on Thursday.
”In general the best player I have played with is Kelechi, the partnership was just superb, it was just so good.
“You can enjoy Kelechi more as a support striker because he is a creative player and a player than can make a difference anytime with assists or clear chances he can always covert that, you can’t take that from him.”
